SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last updated: 1/8/26 Threefold Grace LLC offers optional subscription-based purchases for select products. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged prior to each shipment.
Prices, product availability, and subscription offerings are subject to change. Any changes will apply to future orders only.
Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account on our website.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds & Returns on Subscription Orders
Due to the personal and consumable nature of skincare products, subscription orders are final sale unless otherwise stated.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
Third-Party Platform Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop are also subject to the policies and processing timelines of those platforms.
Threefold Grace LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or limitations caused by third-party systems.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. Any material changes will be communicated prior to renewal.
